To be more specific, you should consider that the nutrient intake should be 70 percent fats, 25 percent protein, and 5 percent carbohydrate. Dark green or leafy vegetables are the best choice to be consumed in keto diet.
What to Drink During Keto Diet?
Generally, drinking water is perfect for a keto diet. However, drinking tea and coffee are equally good as water during a keto diet. Apart from this, you should avoid consuming any sweeteners. An occasional glass of wine is fine, but stay away from chocolate shakes or latte.
