What Reading are you looking for using a Ketone Blood Analyzer?

Typically if you get a reading below 0.5 mllimole , you are NOT in ketosis.

Lighter readings show you are on the right track and that you might need to adjust your carb intake, or take a closer look at what and how you are eating.

Deeper readings show you are where you want to be.

Here’s the rule of thumb:

  • Light Ketosis: 0.5 – 0.8 mllimole
  • Medium Ketosis: 0.9 – 1.4 mllimole
